The project developers are UAB "Ąžuolo projektai". In 2024, we completed the first phase of the B10 HUB project, in which we developed 5600 sq.m. of warehouse and administrative buildings. Currently, a 440kw solar power plant is being installed on one of the building's roofs.
We aim to extend the successful B10 hub project and build a business building for you in the nearby area.
